DevKey Technologies was founded by Dilawar Khan and is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. It is an engineer-led studio — the people who scope your project are the people who build it, rather than a sales layer handing work to a separate delivery team.

Two things. We use AI inside our own build process — prototyping, code generation, and test writing — which compresses delivery timelines. And we build AI into the products themselves where it earns its place: automation, document extraction, and intelligent workflows. We do not add AI to a project just to have it there.

We are a small senior team rather than a large agency with junior benches. That means you deal directly with the engineers on your project and there is no account-manager relay in between. If a project needs a specialism we do not have in-house, we say so rather than learning on your budget.

No. We work with clients across Pakistan, Australia, and the United States. Delivery is remote in all three markets, with the working rhythm adapted to your timezone.

You do, on final payment — repositories, infrastructure accounts, and documentation are handed over. We do not retain rights to client work or resell it as a product.
