Will I work directly with engineers?
Yes. There is no account-management layer between you and the people writing the code. The engineer on your first call is someone who could be working on the build.
Are you hiring?
We take on engineers and designers when a project pipeline genuinely needs them rather than hiring speculatively. If you want to be considered, send your work — shipped projects and repositories carry more weight with us than a CV.
Do you take interns or junior engineers?
Occasionally, and only where there is capacity to mentor properly. We do not staff client projects with juniors to widen a margin.
Can I speak to the founder directly?
Yes — Dilawar is involved in scoping and stays reachable through a project. For a small studio that is normal rather than a privilege reserved for large accounts.
