The Challenge
Local buy-and-sell platforms face a trust problem before they face a feature problem. A user needs confidence in the seller, payment state, delivery and dispute path before a social feed or product catalogue can create meaningful commerce.
BazarPak’s product model combines buying, selling and following stores under one identity. That creates useful network effects, but it also raises the importance of role transitions, verification and transaction records.
What made the problem difficult
The work combined customer-facing experience with operational rules behind the scenes. The product therefore had to be designed as a system of roles, states and owned data—not only as a collection of pages.
Our Solution
DevKeyTech structured the platform around a unified account with controlled buyer and seller capabilities. Verification states, protected transaction records, store-following and merchandising tools live inside one web-and-mobile product model.
Checkout and seller payout workflows were treated as explicit states with audit history. The interface communicates what is pending, verified, delivered or disputed instead of hiding operational ambiguity behind generic success messages.
Delivered capabilities
- Unified buyer and seller identity
- Seller-verification workflow
- Protected transaction states
- Store following and merchandising
- Web and mobile experiences
The implementation used staged delivery so core workflows could be reviewed before secondary features increased the surface area.
Results & Impact
The confirmed result is a delivered product experience covering the capabilities above. Commercial performance, conversion, time saved and user-adoption figures are not published here because a verified analytics export and approved client interview are still pending.
Measured outcomes: TBD. These fields should be updated only when production data and the client’s approval are available.
Engineering lesson
Trust must be visible at the decision point. Verification badges, payment status and delivery expectations matter most beside the product and checkout—not on a separate policy page.
