The Challenge

A seasonal mango business has a narrow window to turn attention into fulfilled orders. Traffic, stock, delivery promises and customer questions rise together, leaving little room for a confusing checkout or an unclear coverage area.

Different box sizes, gifting needs and local versus nationwide delivery rules had to be communicated without making a simple product feel difficult to buy.

What made the problem difficult

The work combined customer-facing experience with operational rules behind the scenes. The product therefore had to be designed as a system of roles, states and owned data—not only as a collection of pages.

Our Solution

DevKeyTech built a fast D2C experience around clear box options, delivery expectations and WhatsApp-assisted ordering. Local coverage information and nationwide courier paths are separated so customers can understand the correct promise for their location.

Product storytelling, gifting and social proof support the purchase decision, while the order path remains short enough for customers arriving from social or messaging campaigns on mobile.

Delivered capabilities

  • Tiered product and box options
  • Local and nationwide delivery paths
  • WhatsApp-assisted ordering
  • Mobile-first seasonal campaign pages
  • Gifting and social-proof modules

The implementation used staged delivery so core workflows could be reviewed before secondary features increased the surface area.

Results & Impact

The confirmed result is a delivered product experience covering the capabilities above. Commercial performance, conversion, time saved and user-adoption figures are not published here because a verified analytics export and approved client interview are still pending.

Measured outcomes: TBD. These fields should be updated only when production data and the client’s approval are available.

Engineering lesson

Seasonal commerce rewards operational clarity. Stock status, order cut-offs and delivery coverage should be editable business data, not text buried across landing pages.
