The Challenge

A boutique fashion store has to communicate fabric, craft and fit through a screen. A generic product grid can make handcrafted clothing feel interchangeable and leaves shoppers uncertain about how a garment may look on them.

The experience also needed to cover women’s clothing, children’s formal wear and baby products without losing the warmth and visual hierarchy of a focused boutique brand.

What made the problem difficult

The work combined customer-facing experience with operational rules behind the scenes. The product therefore had to be designed as a system of roles, states and owned data—not only as a collection of pages.

Our Solution

DevKeyTech built a responsive storefront around editorial product presentation, curated collections and clear purchase paths. Product discovery, verified reviews and content support the shopper before checkout.

An AI-assisted virtual try-on experience was added as a guided feature rather than a promise of perfect fit. The interface sets expectations, keeps the original product information available and lets the shopper continue through the normal purchase flow.

Delivered capabilities

  • Curated fashion collections
  • Responsive product detail pages
  • AI-assisted virtual try-on
  • Reviews and editorial content
  • Nationwide order workflow

The implementation used staged delivery so core workflows could be reviewed before secondary features increased the surface area.

Results & Impact

The confirmed result is a delivered product experience covering the capabilities above. Commercial performance, conversion, time saved and user-adoption figures are not published here because a verified analytics export and approved client interview are still pending.

Measured outcomes: TBD. These fields should be updated only when production data and the client’s approval are available.

Engineering lesson

AI works best when it reduces one uncertainty inside a strong shopping experience. It should support product photography, sizing and return information rather than replace them.
