Shaheen Travels is a phone-first business — one man, three offices, and a number that gets answered at any hour. The site was built to feed that phone rather than replace it: the fleet, the day rate and the route are all settled before the customer calls, so the conversation is a confirmation instead of a negotiation.
Every car in the 12-vehicle fleet publishes its per-day city rate, and tapping one opens WhatsApp with that vehicle already written into the message. The most-run routes — Lahore to Islamabad, Karachi to Hyderabad, Islamabad to Murree and Skardu, Lahore to Naran — get their own treatment, and the copy runs bilingually in English and Urdu throughout.
