See exactly where prospects leave and rebuild each stage so a visitor moves from curiosity to purchase to repeat order without gaps.
Marketing Funnel Design: what the work involves
Many businesses pour traffic into a website and judge the result by a single number at the end. When sales are weak, the cause is hidden: the ad may attract the wrong people, the page may confuse them, the follow-up may arrive too late or the offer may not fit the stage they are in. The growth problem is that nobody has mapped the journey, so fixes are guesses.
DevKey draws the funnel from your real data and builds it stage by stage. We define awareness, consideration, conversion and retention steps, match each to a message, channel and measurement point, then connect tracking so drop-offs can be seen. Weak stages are rebuilt first, for example a clearer landing page or a faster follow-up message, and each change is tested against the previous version.
Core features
Journey mapping workshop
A working session that lays out how customers find you, what they ask and why they buy or leave, drawn from data and sales conversations.
Stage-specific messaging
Copy and offers for each stage, so cold audiences get education, warm audiences get proof and ready buyers get a clear next step.
Tracking and drop-off analysis
Events and funnels in analytics that show how many people pass each step and where they leave, with notes on likely causes.
Landing and follow-up build
Landing pages, email or WhatsApp sequences and retargeting that connect each step, built or briefed in detail.
Lead and customer scoring
Simple rules separating browsers from buyers, so your team spends time on the people most likely to purchase.
Test and iteration plan
A prioritised list of changes, each with a hypothesis and a measure, run one at a time to keep results clear.
What we get right before launch
Consent across the journey
Tracking, retargeting and messaging each need appropriate consent in Australia, the US and for any EU visitors. We build notices into the funnel.
Offline steps hidden from analytics
Calls, WhatsApp chats and showroom visits do not appear in standard reports. We add call tracking, chat tagging and CRM stages to cover them.
Over-engineering
A complicated funnel can be worse than a simple one. We start with the shortest path that works and add steps only when data supports them.

Common questions, answered
Is a funnel only for e-commerce?
No. Service firms, clinics, schools and B2B companies all have a path from first contact to purchase. The steps differ, but mapping them helps any business see where interest fades and what to fix.
What data do you need to start?
Access to analytics, ad accounts and your CRM or order records is ideal, along with notes from sales calls. If tracking is thin, we begin by installing it so the next weeks produce usable evidence.
How is this different from a landing page?
A landing page is one step. A funnel includes the ad or search that brings people, the page, the follow-up, the sales conversation and the post-purchase messages that encourage repeat orders.
Can you build the funnel as well as design it?
Yes. We can write copy, design pages, set up automations and configure tracking, or hand a detailed blueprint to your team. We agree which parts each side delivers before work begins.
