Remarketing CampaignManagement

Follow up with people who already showed interest, using the right message for where they stopped.

Remarketing Campaign Management: what the work involves

Most visitors leave a website without buying or enquiring, and for many businesses that is the largest pool of untapped revenue. The usual response is to run a generic banner at everyone who visited. That treats a person who looked at one blog post the same as someone who filled a basket, and it frustrates the second group with irrelevant reminders.

We segment returning audiences by behaviour: product viewers, cart abandoners, form starters, existing customers and lapsed buyers. Each segment gets its own message, creative and time window, delivered across Meta, Google and, where consented, email. Exclusions prevent ads reaching people who have already converted, and frequency limits stop reminders becoming pressure. Results are reported by segment so you see which stage of hesitation is easiest to recover.

What we build

Core features

01

Behavioural audience segmentation

Visitors are grouped by pages viewed, depth of engagement and last action, so each group receives a relevant follow-up.

02

Dynamic product retargeting

Catalogue-linked ads show shoppers the items they viewed or left in the basket, along with complementary suggestions.

03

Sequenced messaging

Reminders move from reassurance to proof to offer over several days, rather than repeating one banner indefinitely.

04

Customer list suppression and upsell

Existing customers are removed from acquisition messaging and offered accessories, refills or upgrades instead.

05

Cross-platform coordination

Meta, Google and email follow-ups are scheduled together so one person is not hit by three conflicting reminders.

06

Window and frequency tuning

Membership durations and exposure caps are tuned to your buying cycle, with reporting per segment to guide changes.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Consent and cookie compliance

Retargeting depends on cookies and identifiers. We implement consent banners and consent mode so audiences are built only from visitors who agreed, as rules in Australia, the EU and some US states require.

Audience size thresholds

Platforms need minimum audience sizes before ads can serve. Small sites may need traffic campaigns first, and we plan that sequence rather than promise instant retargeting.

Avoiding creepy repetition

Overly personal or constant ads damage brand perception. We set limits and vary creative so reminders feel helpful rather than intrusive.

Remarketing Campaign Management FAQ

Common questions, answered

How long should retargeting run after a visit?

That depends on your buying cycle. Impulse purchases may need a few days, while considered purchases may need several weeks. We test windows and keep what the segment data supports.

Will I annoy my customers?

Not if frequency is capped and past buyers are excluded. We also rotate creative and shift message tone so reminders add information instead of repeating pressure.

Do I need a lot of traffic first?

Platforms require minimum audience sizes. If your site is small, we build the audience through acquisition campaigns, then switch on remarketing as soon as thresholds are met.

Can retargeting work for service enquiries?

Yes. We target visitors who viewed service or pricing pages with case explanations, guarantees of process and clear contact options, and measure form and call completions.
