E-E-A-TOptimization

E-E-A-T is not a switch, it is what a careful reader would want to see before believing you. We make that evidence visible and genuine.

E-E-A-T Optimization: what the work involves

Google's quality guidance asks raters to judge whether content shows first-hand experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trustworthiness, with trust as the most important element. These are not direct ranking factors, and no tag can set them. They describe the qualities that other signals tend to correlate with. For sites in health, finance, law and other sensitive areas, thin anonymous pages with no clear author, no sources and no way to contact the business are exactly what loses ground in quality-focused updates.

We audit your site the way a sceptical reader would. Who wrote this and why should I believe them? Is there evidence of actually doing the thing, such as original photos, data or case details? Are claims sourced? Can I find the company address, policies and a real person to contact? We then fix the gaps: author profiles with verifiable credentials, editorial and review processes, cited sources, clear About and contact pages, and consistent identity across the web. Nothing is invented; if credentials do not exist, we do not pretend.

What we build

Core features

01

Author and reviewer profiles

Real bylines linked to pages describing qualifications and experience, with consistent presence on external profiles where the person is known.

02

First-hand experience evidence

Prompts and workflows for adding original photos, process detail, results and lessons that only someone who did the work could write.

03

Sourcing and citation standards

A policy for referencing primary sources, with dated updates and review notes on sensitive pages.

04

Transparency pages

About, contact, editorial policy, returns and privacy information that make clear who operates the site and how to reach them.

05

Reputation signal review

Examination of third-party mentions, reviews and profiles that describe your business, and fixes for inconsistent or outdated information.

06

Organisation and person markup

Structured data describing your organisation and authors accurately, matching visible content and linking to genuine profiles.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Not a score or a tag

Google has said E-E-A-T is a framework for evaluating quality, not a measurable ranking factor. Anyone selling an E-E-A-T score is selling their own metric.

Fabricated credentials are damaging

Invented authors, stock-photo experts or exaggerated qualifications destroy trust when discovered and breach consumer rules. We only present people and credentials that are real and verifiable.

Sensitive topics set a higher bar

Pages affecting health, money or safety are held to stricter standards. For those, expert review and cited evidence are close to a requirement, not an enhancement.

E-E-A-T Optimization FAQ

Common questions, answered

Is E-E-A-T a ranking factor?

Not directly. It is a framework used by quality raters to assess content, and Google's systems aim to surface content that matches those qualities. We treat it as a guide to building genuinely trustworthy pages.

How do we show experience if we are a new business?

Through honest first-hand detail: your process, original photos, real examples and the background of your team. Experience does not require a long history, but it does require evidence rather than claims.

Do author bios really matter?

They help readers judge credibility, and clear authorship is expected on advice-driven content. A bio alone is not enough, so we pair it with real expertise displayed in the writing itself.

Can E-E-A-T work recover traffic lost in an update?

It may contribute where low trust was a cause, but there are no guarantees and recovery can take months. We pair it with content quality and technical review rather than relying on one fix.
