Video SEOServices

A video Google cannot find or understand brings no search traffic. We make your video pages indexable, descriptive and eligible for video results.

Video SEO Services: what the work involves

Embedding a player on a page does not mean search engines treat it as a video page. Common faults include videos loaded only after a click, the embed hidden inside a script, no transcript, no text describing the clip and a thumbnail Google cannot fetch. The page then competes as a normal text page, and the video never earns a thumbnail in results or a place in the video tab.

We examine each video page against Google's video indexing requirements. We confirm the video is visible in the rendered page, that the watch page is the main subject, and that the thumbnail URL, upload date and description are available. We add VideoObject markup, a video sitemap where useful, key moments or chapters and a transcript, and use the Search Console video indexing report to identify pages where videos are detected but not indexed.

What we build

Core features

01

Video indexing diagnosis

We use Search Console and the URL Inspection tool to see whether each video is detected, indexed and why some are skipped.

02

Dedicated watch pages

Pages where the video is the main content, with a descriptive title, summary and related links, rather than one clip lost in a long article.

03

VideoObject structured data

Name, description, thumbnail, upload date and duration provided in markup that matches what viewers see on the page.

04

Video sitemap

A sitemap listing video pages and their metadata, which helps crawlers find clips that load dynamically.

05

Transcripts and chapters

Accurate text versions and timestamps that help users, add indexable context and support key moments in results.

06

Hosting and thumbnail review

Checks that thumbnails are crawlable, files are accessible and the hosting choice does not send all the credit to another site.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Hosting choice affects credit

Videos on YouTube may be the version that ranks, while self-hosted videos keep traffic on your pages. We weigh the options for your goals instead of defaulting to one.

Autoplay and lazy loading can hide video

Players that load only after interaction may not be detected. We test rendering to confirm the video is present for Googlebot.

Markup does not create rankings

Structured data makes a video eligible and understandable. Relevance, page quality and competition still decide whether it appears.

Video SEO Services FAQ

Common questions, answered

Should I host videos on YouTube or on my own site?

YouTube offers reach and reliable delivery, while self-hosting keeps visitors on your pages. Many businesses publish on YouTube and embed on dedicated pages. We recommend based on your goals and technical resources.

Why is my video not indexed?

Common reasons are that the video is not the page's main content, loads only after interaction, has an unreachable thumbnail or sits on a page Google considers low value. Search Console's video report points to the cause.

Do I need a video sitemap?

It is not mandatory, but it helps when videos load dynamically or live on many pages. We add one when it will improve discovery and make sure it stays accurate as videos change.

Will video increase my rankings?

Video can raise engagement and earn extra search features, but it is not a direct ranking boost. Its value comes from helping users and widening the ways your pages can appear.
