Car Dealership WebsiteDevelopment

A showroom website where every car is a proper listing with photos, specifications and inspection details, so buyers come in ready to talk numbers.

Car Dealership Website Development: what the work involves

Buying a used or imported car in Pakistan is a trust exercise. Buyers want to know the registration city, owner count, mileage, accident history and whether the odometer is honest, and they have been burned by listings that hide the details. Dealers, for their part, lose enquiries because stock is scattered across classified sites, social posts and a half-updated page, and the same car is sometimes sold while still advertised.

We make your own site the single source of truth for inventory. Each vehicle is a structured record with a gallery, specs, condition notes, inspection report and status such as available, reserved or sold. Visitors filter by make, price band, year, transmission and fuel, then request a viewing or a test drive on a chosen date. Staff update stock from a simple dashboard or a bulk upload, and listings can be syndicated to other portals.

What we build

Core features

01

Structured inventory

Each car holds make, model, year, mileage, registration, colour, owners and condition notes, which makes it filterable and comparable.

02

Photo and video galleries

Interior, exterior, engine bay and defect close-ups load quickly on mobile, since buyers decide largely by images.

03

Inspection report display

A summary of body, engine and paperwork checks is shown on the listing, building credibility before the buyer visits.

04

Test drive and viewing booking

Visitors choose a showroom and time slot, and the sales team sees the request along with the specific vehicle interest.

05

Trade-in and finance enquiry

Buyers submit their current car details or a financing interest, creating a lead with useful context for the salesperson.

06

Stock status automation

Reserved and sold vehicles update across the site together, so enquiries are not wasted on cars that are already gone.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Accuracy of claims

Mileage, accident and ownership statements can create disputes. We structure the listing to show what was verified and by whom, rather than vague assurances.

Keeping inventory current

A stale listing damages trust fast. We make updating stock a two-minute job and set reminders for cars unsold beyond a period you choose.

Lead handling speed

Car enquiries cool within hours. Notifications go to WhatsApp or email for the responsible salesperson, with a follow-up reminder if nobody responds.

Car Dealership Website Development FAQ

Common questions, answered

Can we post the same cars to PakWheels and our site?

You can manage stock in our dashboard and republish to other portals where they allow feeds or manual export. Some portals only accept manual posting, so we tell you honestly what can be automated.

Can buyers pay a booking amount online?

Yes, a refundable token can be taken through a card, JazzCash or bank transfer link. Many dealers prefer to take the token in person, so we make online deposit optional.

How do we show a car's inspection report?

We attach the report as a summary on the listing and a downloadable file. If you use a third-party inspection company, we link to their reference so buyers can verify independently.

Can we run several branches?

Yes. Each vehicle belongs to a branch, visitors filter by location, and enquiries route to that branch's staff. Head office keeps a combined view of stock and leads.
