Real Estate WebsiteDevelopment

A property site that turns browsing into agent conversations: searchable inventory, project showcases and enquiry routing built around how buyers and investors actually decide.

Real Estate Website Development: what the work involves

Property is a long, high-consideration purchase, and buyers behave accordingly. They compare areas on a map, return several times, share links with family, and often contact three agencies at once. The agency that responds first with the right unit details usually wins the viewing. A real estate website therefore has to do two jobs: present inventory with enough clarity that people trust it, and push every enquiry to a named agent within minutes, with the property context attached.

We structure listings and projects as proper data: area, type, size units, payment plan, status, agent, media. That powers map search, filters and shareable pages, while Next.js keeps them quick and crawlable. Enquiry forms and WhatsApp clicks write to your CRM or a shared inbox with the property reference and source. For developers we add project microsites with floor plans, progress updates and phase-wise availability, so sales staff stop answering the same questions by phone.

What we build

Core features

01

Map and filter search

Buyers filter by city, sector, type, budget range and size, with a map view so location context is visible at a glance.

02

Unit and size unit handling

Areas display in marla, kanal, square feet or square metres as the visitor prefers, avoiding the confusion that costs agents time on calls.

03

Project showcase pages

Floor plans, payment-plan breakdowns, amenity lists, progress galleries and availability by phase for each development.

04

Lead routing to agents

Enquiries carry the property reference and are assigned by area or round-robin, with email and WhatsApp alerts to the responsible agent.

05

Admin listing management

Staff add, edit, feature and archive listings through a simple back office, with bulk upload from a spreadsheet for large inventories.

06

Overseas buyer tools

Currency display, virtual tour embeds and a booking form for video viewings help buyers who cannot visit in person.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Listing accuracy and freshness

Sold or withdrawn properties that stay online waste enquiries and damage credibility. Status workflows and expiry reminders keep inventory honest.

Image weight and performance

Galleries are heavy. Cloudinary transforms, lazy loading and careful map embedding keep pages usable on mobile connections across Pakistan.

Regulatory and advertising rules

Development authorities and Australian or US state regulators have rules on how projects are advertised and what disclaimers appear. We leave room for approvals numbers and disclosures, and you confirm the wording.

Real Estate Website Development FAQ

Common questions, answered

Can the site sync with property portals?

Where a portal offers a feed or API we can export listings to it, but a feed is only practical for some portals. Most agencies enter listings once in our back office and publish manually elsewhere.

Do you support multiple agents and branches?

Yes. Each listing belongs to an agent and branch, agents can have profile pages, and enquiries route to whoever owns the listing or the area, with a fallback to a manager.

What affects how long a real estate website takes?

Mostly the amount of existing inventory to import, the number of project microsites, and the CRM integration. A single-brand agency site is quicker than a multi-branch developer platform.

Can I add 360 tours or drone footage?

Yes. We embed hosted tours and video, and optimise thumbnails so they do not slow down listing pages. Large files stay on a media host rather than your web server.
