Salon and Spa WebsiteDevelopment

A salon site where clients choose a service, a stylist and a time themselves, so the front desk stops juggling calls during the evening rush.

Salon and Spa Website Development: what the work involves

A salon sells time. Every empty chair-hour is lost for good, and every no-show or double booking costs real income. Yet many salons still run on a diary and WhatsApp messages, where a client asks for a haircut and colour, the receptionist works out that it needs three hours, and the answer arrives hours later. Bridal bookings, which are the most valuable, add trials, multiple artists and large advances that depend on someone's memory.

We model services with durations, buffer time and the stylists qualified to perform them, so the booking page only shows slots that really fit. Women-only and men-only areas, separate rooms for spa treatments, and package sessions are all expressible. Deposits protect the high-value bridal slots, and automatic reminders reduce no-shows. The public site then presents the menu, team and before-and-after work in a way that earns the first booking.

What we build

Core features

01

Duration-aware booking

Multi-service visits stack automatically, so colour plus cut shows only the long openings that suit both.

02

Stylist and room calendars

Each artist has working hours, breaks and leave, and rooms or equipment are scheduled as shared resources.

03

Deposit and package payments

Take an advance for bridal and long sessions, and sell session bundles or vouchers that are redeemed at the desk.

04

Reminder messages

Confirmation and reminder messages go out by email or WhatsApp, with one-tap reschedule links to reduce empty slots.

05

Service menu with imagery

A clean price-free or price-listed menu grouped by category, with team profiles and a gallery of finished work.

06

Client history notes

Staff can record colour formulas, allergies and preferences against a client, so the next visit starts informed.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Privacy and women-only spaces

Photos and client details are sensitive. We restrict data access by role and avoid publishing client images without recorded consent.

Walk-ins alongside online slots

Pakistani salons live on walk-ins. The calendar must let the desk block time instantly so online and in-person bookings never collide.

Cancellation rules

A deposit policy only works if it is written, visible and enforced consistently. We surface it at checkout and in the reminder.

Salon and Spa Website Development FAQ

Common questions, answered

Can clients pick a specific stylist?

Yes, or they can choose any available stylist. Pricing can differ by seniority, and the system only offers the services each stylist is trained to perform.

Will it work with walk-in customers?

Yes. The front desk has a simple admin view to add or block time instantly, which keeps the online calendar honest throughout the day.

How do WhatsApp reminders work?

We connect the WhatsApp Business API through an approved provider, using pre-approved templates for confirmations and reminders. Provider fees and template approval are separate from the website build.

Can we run several branches?

Yes. Each branch has its own staff, rooms and hours, while the brand shares one site, one service menu and optionally one client database across outlets.
