AI TranslationAutomation

Machine translation wired into your content flow, with your glossary enforced and a human reviewer where the wording really matters.

AI Translation Automation: what the work involves

Businesses that serve customers in more than one language usually translate in a slow, scattered way: someone pastes text into a free tool, someone else emails a freelancer, and the same product name ends up translated three different ways. Updates are the worst part, since a changed paragraph in English means a manual hunt for its counterparts in every other language.

We connect translation to the systems where content lives: your CMS, store catalogue, helpdesk and document folders. When source text changes, only the changed segments are sent for translation, using a language model or a dedicated service such as Google Translate or DeepL, with your glossary and style notes included. Previously approved translations are stored as memory and reused. Technical terms, brand names and numbers are protected by placeholders and verified afterwards. Content is tiered: low-risk text publishes after an automated check, while legal, medical or marketing copy waits for a bilingual reviewer who edits inside a side-by-side view.

What we build

Core features

01

Change-only retranslation

Only edited segments are retranslated, and approved earlier translations are reused through a translation memory.

02

Glossary enforcement

Brand names, product terms and preferred phrasing are applied consistently across every language.

03

Placeholder protection

Numbers, codes, tags and variable fields are locked during translation and verified in the output.

04

Tiered review

Content is routed by risk, so only the pieces that need a bilingual human consume reviewer time.

05

Side-by-side editor

Reviewers see source and translation together, with flagged segments, and their corrections update the memory.

06

CMS and helpdesk connectors

Translations flow back into WordPress, Shopify, your helpdesk or document store without manual copying.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Meaning lost in nuance

Machine translation can be fluent and wrong, especially with idiom, honorifics and legal wording. High-stakes content always passes a qualified human before publication.

Confidential documents

Contracts and personal records sent to a translation service leave your control. We choose providers with suitable data terms or a self-hosted model, and redact where practical.

Right-to-left layout

Urdu text breaks layouts, numbers and mixed-direction strings if the interface is not prepared. We test rendering in your site, PDFs and emails, not just the translated words.

AI Translation Automation FAQ

Common questions, answered

How accurate is machine translation into Urdu?

Usually good for plain informational text and weaker for idiom, poetry and legal wording. We test your actual content, enforce your glossary, and keep a bilingual reviewer for anything where precision matters.

Can it translate documents and keep the formatting?

For many formats, yes, including Word and some PDFs, though complex layouts and scanned pages need extra care. We test with your real documents and say plainly what is reliable.

Which languages are supported?

All major ones through current translation models and services. Quality varies by language pair, so we evaluate the ones you need rather than assume equal performance.

Can it translate support tickets in real time?

Yes, with a helpdesk integration showing the original and translation to the agent. Replies can be drafted in the customer's language and reviewed by the agent before sending.
