Content CalendarManagement

Replace last-minute posting with a calendar that connects what you publish to what you sell, with approvals and deadlines your team can actually meet.

Content Calendar Management: what the work involves

Many marketing teams post when someone remembers, then scramble before a festival or a sale. Content ends up reactive, repetitive and disconnected from the offers the business is running. The growth problem is not a lack of ideas but a lack of structure: no shared view of what is going out, who approves it and which goal each post is supposed to support.

DevKey runs the calendar as a working system. We plan a month at a time around your product launches, seasonal moments and sales targets, assign each piece a channel, format, owner and deadline, and keep drafts moving through a short approval path. A rolling backlog of evergreen ideas fills gaps, and a monthly review shows which themes and formats earned attention so the next calendar improves.

What we build

Core features

01

Monthly theme and goal mapping

Each month gets a small set of themes linked to business goals, so content supports sales rather than filling space.

02

Cross-channel scheduling grid

A single view of social, email, blog and ad activity, avoiding clashes and ensuring each campaign is supported on every channel.

03

Festival and seasonal planning

Key dates for Pakistan, Australia and the US built in early, with production time reserved before the busy period begins.

04

Approval workflow

Clear stages and deadlines for draft, review and sign-off, which stops posts waiting for days in someone's inbox.

05

Evergreen idea bank

A reserve of ready-to-publish ideas for slow weeks, reducing the pressure to post filler when plans change.

06

Monthly performance review

A short report on what was published, what earned engagement or enquiries and what should change next month.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Rigid plans meeting real events

A calendar needs room for news, weather and customer moments. We reserve flexible slots rather than filling every day.

Sensitive dates and cultural timing

Religious, national and mourning dates call for careful tone in Pakistan and across diaspora markets. We flag them in advance.

Platform and advertising rules

Promotional content, prize draws and giveaways follow different rules on each platform and in each country, so we review them before scheduling.

Content Calendar Management FAQ

Common questions, answered

Do you create the content or only plan it?

Either. Some clients want planning and approval management while their team creates posts. Others hand over production too. We scope the calendar so each piece has a clear owner and delivery date.

How far ahead do you plan?

We usually plan one month in detail and sketch the following quarter, especially around festivals and sales events. This gives enough lead time for production without locking you into stale ideas.

Can the calendar include email and blog posts?

Yes. A calendar limited to social media misses the bigger picture, so we include email sends, blog articles and paid campaign flights, which helps messages reinforce each other.

What tool will we use to view it?

We pick a tool your team will open daily, often a shared Notion, Trello or spreadsheet view, and give you read access and a simple routine for adding requests and approvals.
