Marketing StrategyConsulting

A clear marketing plan for the next quarter: what to do, what to stop and how you will know it is working.

Marketing Strategy Consulting: what the work involves

Owners are pitched a new marketing tactic every week: a reel strategy, an SEO package, a chatbot, an influencer deal. Without an overall plan, they try a bit of everything, nothing has enough effort to work and results cannot be compared. The issue is rarely lack of activity. It is a missing choice about who to target, which channels matter most now and what a good outcome looks like.

Consulting starts with a diagnostic: your offer, customers, current channels, tracking and team capacity. We interview staff, review analytics and test your funnel as a customer. Then we write a prioritised plan with a few focus initiatives, owners, timelines and the metrics that will decide success. A monthly working session reviews progress, removes blockers and updates the plan as results arrive.

What we build

Core features

01

Marketing diagnostic

We audit offer, positioning, channels, tracking and funnel, and present what is working, what is wasted and what is missing.

02

Customer and competitor review

Interviews, reviews and competitor activity show why people choose you or someone else, guiding focus.

03

Priority and sequencing plan

Initiatives are ranked by expected impact, effort and dependency, so the team knows what to start now and what to defer.

04

Channel and budget guidance

Recommendations specify where to invest, what to test cheaply and what to ignore, with reasoning that you can challenge.

05

Metrics and reporting design

A short scorecard defines leading and lagging indicators, owners and review dates, so progress is discussed on facts.

06

Monthly strategy sessions

Regular reviews update the plan, solve blockers and coach your team through execution decisions.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Strategy depends on honest data

Weak tracking undermines advice. We flag measurement gaps early and may recommend fixing analytics before anything else.

Capacity matters as much as ideas

A plan your team cannot execute is useless. We size recommendations to the people, skills and hours you really have.

Advice is not delivery

Consulting can stand alone or lead into implementation. We make the separation clear so you can take the plan to any supplier.

Marketing Strategy Consulting FAQ

Common questions, answered

How is consulting different from agency management?

Consulting sets direction and priorities, while management carries out campaigns. You can use consulting alone to guide your team, or follow it with implementation support from us or others.

How long does an engagement last?

A diagnostic and plan typically take a few weeks, followed by optional monthly sessions. Duration depends on business complexity and how quickly we can access data and stakeholders.

Do I need existing analytics in place?

It helps, but is not essential. If tracking is missing or unreliable, our first recommendation will be to establish it, and we can use interviews and qualitative evidence meanwhile.

What will I have at the end of the plan phase?

A written plan with priorities, owners, timelines, metrics and channel guidance, plus a working session to walk through it. You can implement it internally or with suppliers.
