They scan the customer's one-time QR code in a merchant app, or enter a short code. The system checks validity and marks it used immediately, which stops the same coupon being claimed twice.
Can we sell prepaid vouchers?
Yes. Users pay in the app and receive a voucher redeemable at the merchant. Settlement to the merchant happens after redemption according to your agreed commission and payout schedule.
How do we get merchants onboard?
A simple self-service portal with admin verification makes it quick. Your sales team usually leads with a handful of strong local merchants, since shoppers install the app for the deals they can actually use.
Can banks or telecoms use this for partner offers?
Yes. Offers can be restricted to eligible card holders or subscribers, using login or card-prefix verification, and surfaced alongside the app's general deals.
