Keyword ResearchServices

Good keyword research tells you what your customers type, what they mean and which pages should answer them. We turn that into a clear plan.

Keyword Research Services: what the work involves

Picking keywords from a tool and hoping is a common starting point, and it fails in predictable ways. High-volume phrases turn out to be informational when you sell something, difficult terms are targeted by a site with a fraction of the authority needed, and genuinely valuable searches go unnoticed because they have modest volume and unusual wording. The result is content aimed at the wrong audience.

We combine tool data with first-party evidence. Search Console shows what you already almost rank for, sales conversations reveal how customers describe problems, and a review of results pages shows which intent Google is serving. We group terms into topics, judge difficulty against your authority, decide which page owns each topic and deliver a spreadsheet and a short briefing that your writers and developers can follow.

What we build

Core features

01

Seed and customer-language discovery

We begin with your offers, sales questions and support tickets, capturing the exact words customers use before consulting any tool.

02

Intent classification

Every term is labelled as informational, commercial, transactional or navigational and matched to the page type that satisfies it.

03

Difficulty and opportunity scoring

Competition is judged against your own authority, with quick wins separated from long-term targets.

04

Topic clusters and page mapping

Related terms are grouped into one topic per page, preventing two of your URLs from chasing the same query.

05

Regional and script variants

Differences between Pakistani, Australian and American phrasing, plus Roman Urdu and Urdu script, are recorded where they matter.

06

Usable deliverables

A prioritised spreadsheet, a plain-language summary and briefs for the first pages to build or revise.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Volume figures are estimates

Tools model search volume imperfectly, and low-volume terms can still produce enquiries. We treat numbers as guidance rather than precise forecasts.

Intent shifts over time

Results pages change as Google reinterprets queries. We recheck the search results before committing to major page investments.

Do not chase vanity terms

A broad head term may bring visitors who never buy. Specific phrases closer to a decision usually justify more effort for a business with limited resources.

Keyword Research Services FAQ

Common questions, answered

How many keywords will I receive?

Quantity is not the goal. A typical project delivers a few hundred grouped terms organised into topics, but the useful output is the page plan showing which handful of topics to pursue first and why.

Can you research Urdu and Roman Urdu keywords?

Yes. Data is thinner for these scripts, so we combine tools, Search Console, autocomplete and customer language. We note spelling variants and recommend which versions deserve dedicated pages.

Does keyword research need to be repeated?

Periodically. Markets, products and Google's results change. A lighter refresh every few months, using your own Search Console data, usually keeps the plan current without repeating the whole exercise.

Will the right keywords guarantee rankings?

No. Keywords tell you where to aim. Rankings depend on page quality, authority, technical health and competitors, and Google states that no one can guarantee them. Good research improves your odds of aiming well.
