Restaurant WebsiteDevelopment
Someone searching for dinner decides in under a minute. Your site needs the menu, the location, the hours and a way to book, all readable one-handed on a phone.
Restaurant Website Development: what the work involves
Restaurant websites fail in predictable ways: the menu is a photographed PDF that will not zoom, opening hours disagree with Google, the booking is a phone number nobody answers at lunch rush. The visitor is almost always on a phone, often standing in the street, usually comparing three places. The site that shows a legible menu with prices, a map pin and a booking button gets the table.
We build the menu as structured data rather than a flat image, so dishes, categories, allergens and photos can be edited by your staff in minutes and reused across the site. Reservations write to a calendar your front-of-house can see, with capacity limits per slot. Branch pages each carry their own hours and map, and structured data feeds Google's knowledge panel. Where you also run delivery, we hand off to the ordering flow without making visitors start over.
Core features
Editable structured menu
Categories, dishes, photos, spice or dietary tags and availability toggles managed by staff without touching code.
Table reservations
Guests pick party size, date and time against slot capacity, and confirmations go out by email or WhatsApp.
Branch pages with local detail
Each outlet has its own address, map, opening times, holiday hours and phone number, kept consistent with your Google listing.
Private dining and event enquiry
A dedicated form captures guest count, date, budget range and requirements for functions, routed to the events manager.
Photo gallery and ambience
Optimised image galleries and short video loops show the room and the food without slowing a mobile connection.
Bilingual menu support
English and Urdu menu views for visitors who prefer one or the other, with right-to-left layout handled properly.
What we get right before launch
Menu accuracy and updates
Out-of-date prices annoy customers and cause disputes at the counter. A staff-friendly editor and a single source of truth matter more than visual flourish.
Local search presence
Google Business Profile, consistent name and phone details, and LocalBusiness and Menu structured data drive most discovery. The site must agree with them exactly.
No-show handling
Reservation systems without reminders or deposit options invite empty tables. Decide early on reminder timing and what happens when a group cancels late.

Common questions, answered
Can staff update the menu without calling a developer?
Yes. The menu lives in an admin area or headless CMS where staff change prices, hide sold-out dishes and swap photos. Changes appear on the site shortly after saving.
Does the site take table bookings?
It can. Slots and capacity are configured per branch and service, bookings appear in a staff view, and guests get confirmation. If you already use a booking tool, we can embed or integrate it instead.
What should we prepare before the build starts?
Your current menu with prices, good food photography, branch details and any booking rules. Photos usually drive the schedule more than anything else, so a shoot is worth planning early.
Can we add online ordering later?
Yes. The menu data is structured so a delivery or pickup ordering flow can be layered on without rebuilding the site.
