Marketing Automation withAI
Journeys that respond to what each contact actually did, with AI drafting and sorting the work and your team approving what gets sent.
Marketing Automation with AI: what the work involves
Many small marketing teams send one newsletter to everyone, because anything more targeted means hours in spreadsheets. Segments get built by hand once and go stale, follow-ups depend on someone remembering, and campaign reports are assembled on Friday evening from four dashboards. The result is generic messages that readers learn to ignore.
We connect your ad platforms, website events, email tool and CRM into one picture of each contact. Rules and a small classification model assign segments based on behaviour, such as pages viewed, products carted or replies given. A language model drafts variants of subject lines and body copy within your brand rules, and nothing sends until a marketer approves a batch. Journeys in n8n or your existing tool trigger on events, with frequency caps. Reporting scripts pull results together into a weekly narrative with the numbers beside it. We tag AI-assisted content internally so you can compare its results fairly with manual work.
Core features
Behaviour-based segments
Contacts are grouped by actions and interests that update automatically as they browse, buy or reply.
Drafted copy variants
AI proposes subject lines and message versions in your tone, for a marketer to edit, approve or discard.
Event-triggered journeys
Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and re-engagement flows start from real events with sensible delays.
Frequency and quiet-hour rules
Caps stop one contact receiving several campaigns in a day, and local timing rules respect sleep and prayer times.
Weekly performance narrative
A plain-language summary explains what moved, with links to the underlying numbers, so reporting stops eating Fridays.
Unsubscribe and consent sync
Opt-outs recorded anywhere are applied across every channel immediately.
What we get right before launch
Consent and spam rules
Email and WhatsApp marketing require permission, and rules differ in Pakistan, Australia and the United States. We build opt-in records, unsubscribe handling and approved templates into the foundation.
Off-brand or inaccurate copy
Models can overclaim or invent features. Drafts are checked against a facts sheet you provide, claims are flagged, and a person approves before any send.
Over-personalisation
Messages that reveal too much about tracked behaviour feel intrusive. We set limits on what signals appear in copy and test with real recipients.

Common questions, answered
Will AI send emails without our approval?
Not unless you choose that for a specific low-risk flow. By default, AI drafts and a marketer approves. Journey logic itself is rule-based and visible, so you can always see why someone received a message.
Does it work with our existing email tool?
Typically yes, via its API. If your tool is limited, we can run segmentation and drafting externally and sync the lists back, or recommend a switch if it blocks what you need.
How do we tell whether the AI helped?
We tag AI-assisted messages and run comparisons against manual versions on similar audiences. Small lists give noisy results, so we are candid about what can and cannot be concluded.
Can it message people on WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official Business API, using approved templates and only to contacts who opted in. Free-form replies are possible within the allowed conversation window.
