COD is the highest-risk flow. Each collection is linked to a parcel and a rider, daily deposit is matched against it, and shortages surface the same day rather than at month-end.
Scan discipline at hubs
Tracking is only as good as the scans. We keep hub scanning fast with handheld scanners, bulk-scan modes and offline queueing, so staff do not skip it when sorting gets busy.

Common questions, answered
Can customers track parcels online?
Yes. A public tracking page takes a tracking number and shows the scan history in plain language. We can also send SMS or WhatsApp updates at key points such as out for delivery, within the messaging rules of those channels.
How is cash on delivery handled?
The rider records the amount collected against each delivered parcel. The branch reconciles the rider's cash at day end, and the system builds merchant settlement statements from verified collections, with deductions for charges shown line by line.
Can our riders use an app?
A rider-facing mobile web app or a dedicated mobile app can show manifests, capture signatures and photos, and work through patchy signal by queueing updates. Which route suits you depends on your riders' phones and volumes.
Does it connect to online stores?
We can provide an API for merchants and build connectors for common store platforms, so orders arrive as bookings and tracking returns automatically. We confirm each platform's integration options before scoping the work.
