Can it control door access automatically?
With compatible card, fingerprint or face devices, yes. The system pushes active members to the device and logs entries, and expired memberships stop working at the door. We verify your device model's SDK before agreeing this scope.
Does it remind members to renew?
Yes. Reminders go by SMS, email or WhatsApp ahead of expiry and after lapse, using your wording. The front desk also sees a daily list of members due or overdue, so follow-up does not rely on memory.
Can members book classes online?
Yes. A member portal or page shows the class timetable, remaining places and waitlists, and lets members book and cancel within your rules, for example a cutoff time before a class begins.
Does it work for several branches?
Yes. Members can be limited to one branch or allowed across all, with attendance and revenue tracked per location. The owner sees combined and per-branch reports, while each branch manager sees only their own site.
