Mid-survey form changes
Changing a questionnaire after collection starts can corrupt data. We version forms, keep old responses under the version they were collected with and document differences.

Does it work without internet?
Yes. Forms are stored on the phone, responses are saved locally and uploaded automatically when the device connects. Photos and GPS points are queued with the submission so nothing is lost in remote areas.
Can we design surveys ourselves?
Yes. A form builder lets trained staff create and edit questionnaires with logic and validation. We can also design the first versions with you, then hand over the tool to your research team.
How do you control data quality?
Through built-in validation during entry, supervisor review queues and automated flags for patterns such as duplicates, outliers, very short interviews or locations far from the assigned area.
Can the data go into our analysis tools?
Yes. Responses export as spreadsheet or CSV files with clear variable names, and an API can feed a warehouse or dashboard directly, so analysts do not have to clean exports by hand.
