Tariff history
Tariffs change, yet old bills must stay explainable. We store the tariff in force for every cycle so any past bill can be recomputed and shown to a consumer.

Can we use our own slab tariff?
Yes. Slabs, fixed charges, taxes and surcharges are configuration, not code. We test the engine against bills you have already issued, so you can confirm the output matches before real billing starts.
Can meter readers work without internet?
Yes. A route is downloaded to the phone, readings are saved locally and uploaded when a connection is available, which suits basements, plants and remote areas where reception is poor.
Can consumers pay through mobile wallets?
Where a wallet or gateway provider supports your business, payments can be accepted against a bill number and posted automatically. Availability depends on the provider's onboarding, which we help you navigate.
How do we handle disputed bills?
A dispute can be logged against a bill, held from late fees while it is reviewed and resolved with an adjustment that carries a reason and approver, leaving a clear record for the consumer and auditors.
