Marketing DashboardReporting

See every channel, cost and result in one place that updates itself, built around the questions you actually ask about your marketing.

Marketing Dashboard Reporting: what the work involves

Marketing numbers usually live in many places: ad platforms, analytics, the shop backend, a CRM and a spreadsheet kept by one person. Each tells a slightly different story, and every month someone spends days copying figures into a report that is already out of date. The growth problem is slow and unreliable visibility: owners cannot see what is working, so decisions wait or rely on whichever number is nearest.

DevKey builds a dashboard around decisions. We start by listing the questions you ask, such as which channel brings paying customers or where cost per lead is rising, then connect ad platforms, GA4 and your sales or CRM data in Looker Studio. Definitions are documented, so everyone reads a metric the same way. Views are created for owners, marketers and channel managers, with alerts for tracking breaks and unusual swings.

What we build

Core features

01

Question-led dashboard design

Layouts planned around the decisions you make, so each chart answers something real instead of filling space.

02

Multi-source data connection

Ad platforms, GA4, e-commerce or CRM data brought together with consistent naming and date handling.

03

Metric definitions guide

A short document stating how each number is calculated, so conversions, revenue and cost mean the same to everyone.

04

Role-based views

A summary for owners, a working view for marketers and detail for channel managers, each showing what its audience needs.

05

Blended and profit reporting

Spend compared with revenue and, where data allows, margin, so decisions rest on profit instead of platform-reported return.

06

Alerts and data-quality checks

Notifications when tracking breaks, spend spikes or results shift unusually, helping you act before a month is wasted.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Data accuracy and attribution

Platforms count conversions differently and overlap. We reconcile against store or CRM data and explain which figures are estimates.

Privacy and access control

Dashboards may hold customer-level data. We limit access, avoid exposing personal information and follow consent rules in each market.

Dashboards nobody uses

A beautiful report that nobody opens is waste. We train your team and schedule a short regular review so the dashboard shapes decisions.

Marketing Dashboard Reporting FAQ

Common questions, answered

Do we need Looker Studio specifically?

It is our usual choice for its connectors and accessibility, but we can work with other tools when you already use them. The key is a single, trusted source of definitions and data.

Can the dashboard include offline sales?

Yes, if the data is captured somewhere, such as a CRM, a point-of-sale export or a sheet. We build a routine for adding it, so calls and shop sales are connected back to campaigns.

Will we still get commentary with the numbers?

Yes. A dashboard shows what happened, and commentary explains why and what to do. We provide short notes or a review call so the numbers lead to actions instead of just charts.

How long does setup take?

It depends on the number of sources and the state of your tracking. Clean tracking speeds things up, while messy data needs repair first. We scope this in advance and agree phases.
