Find out where your marketing is leaking money and what to fix first, with an independent review that ends in clear, ranked actions.

Marketing Audit Services: what the work involves

When results stall, it is hard to know whether the problem is the creative, the audience, the website, the tracking or the offer. Teams change agencies, rewrite ads and switch platforms in the hope that something sticks, spending months without a diagnosis. The growth problem is the absence of a clear picture: nobody has checked that conversions are recorded correctly, that accounts are set up sensibly or that the funnel after the click works.

DevKey audits the whole path from spend to revenue. We inspect ad accounts, audiences, creative, landing pages, analytics and tag implementation, CRM follow-up and reporting, then compare what we find with how the business actually earns. The deliverable is a written report with findings ranked by effect and effort, plus a short walkthrough. You can act on it alone, give it to another vendor or ask us to carry out the fixes.

What we build

Core features

01

Tracking and data integrity check

Verification that events, conversions, tags and consent settings record what they should, since decisions are only as good as the data.

02

Ad account structure review

Campaign layout, audiences, bidding, budgets and exclusions inspected for waste, overlap and missed opportunities.

03

Creative and message evaluation

A critical look at ads and copy against audience, offer and competitors, with specific suggestions for improvement.

04

Website and funnel walkthrough

Review of landing pages, forms, checkout or enquiry steps and follow-up, noting where visitors are likely to leave.

05

Compliance and policy scan

A check of ad policy, privacy notices, consent and disclosures that could threaten accounts or invite complaints.

06

Ranked action plan

Findings sorted by likely effect and effort, written so a non-specialist can decide what to do first.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Access and confidentiality

An audit needs read access to accounts and analytics. We request view-only permissions, sign confidentiality terms and never take ownership of your accounts.

Findings can be uncomfortable

Audits sometimes show that past work, including a previous agency's or ours, was weak. We report plainly and keep recommendations practical rather than blame-focused.

A snapshot, not a cure

An audit identifies problems at one moment. Results come only when the fixes are carried out and monitored afterward.

Marketing Audit Services FAQ

Common questions, answered

What do we receive at the end of the audit?

A written report summarising findings, evidence and a ranked list of actions, with a walkthrough call. You may implement the recommendations with your own team, another provider or with us.

Will you audit work done by another agency?

Yes. An independent view is often the point. We review the accounts and results objectively, explain what we find without drama and focus on what to improve, not on assigning fault.

What access do you need?

View-only access to ad accounts, analytics, tag manager and, where relevant, your CRM or store reports. We prefer partner or read-only roles, so your ownership and control remain untouched.

How long does an audit take?

It depends on account size, number of channels and data quality. We scope the review before starting and give an expected delivery date, since tracking problems sometimes need extra investigation time.
