CRM AppDevelopment
A mobile CRM that sales reps will actually use: add a lead in seconds, log a call in one tap and never miss a follow-up.
CRM App Development: what the work involves
Desktop CRM systems fail in the field because updating them is a chore done at night, if at all. Notes live in WhatsApp, leads live in a notebook, and when a rep leaves, so does the customer history. Managers see a pipeline that is weeks out of date and forecast from guesswork.
We build a mobile-first CRM, or a companion to the one you already run. Reps capture a lead from a business-card scan or a short form, log calls and visits with voice notes, and set the next action before leaving the room. The pipeline view is tuned for thumbs, reminders surface due follow-ups, and managers see activity and stage movement. Data syncs to the central system so nothing is trapped on a phone.
Core features
Fast lead capture
Scan a business card, import from contacts or fill a three-field form, with duplicate detection before the record is saved.
Call and visit logging
Log the outcome with a tap or a voice note, and attach photos or documents to the customer record.
Pipeline board
Deals move between stages by drag or tap, with value, probability and next step visible at a glance.
Follow-up reminders
Every lead carries a next action and date, and the app nudges the rep when one is due or overdue.
Team activity dashboards
Managers see calls, visits, new leads and stage changes per rep, and can step in on stalled deals.
Offline access and sync
Customer history is available without signal, and notes made offline merge back when connection returns.
What we get right before launch
Call log and contact permissions
Reading call logs on Android is heavily restricted by Google. We favour in-app logging and calling through the app, and request contact access only when the user is importing.
Data ownership when staff leave
Customer records must belong to the company, not a personal phone. Role-based access, remote sign-out and audit logs protect against loss when someone departs.
Adoption over features
A CRM with fifty fields goes unused. We keep capture minimal, move optional detail to later, and measure how many reps update records each day.

Common questions, answered
Can it work with Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce?
Yes, through their APIs we can build a lighter mobile front end that reads and writes the same records. Their API limits and licence tiers affect what is practical, so we check them during scoping.
Can reps record calls automatically?
Automatic call recording is restricted on modern Android and often unlawful without consent. We log calls manually or through in-app calling, and attach voice notes the rep records themselves.
Is it only for field sales?
No, but that is where it shines. Support and account-management teams also use it to look up customer history quickly, and managers use it to review pipelines away from the desk.
Can we import our existing leads?
Yes, from spreadsheets or another CRM, after a clean-up for duplicates and missing phone numbers. We test with a sample batch first so mapping problems show up before the whole list is loaded.
