Mobile App Development

E-learning AppDevelopment

A learning app where students download lessons on Wi-Fi, study on the bus and prove what they learned through quizzes and certificates.

E-learning App Development: what the work involves

Online courses fail in two places: the video that will not play on a student's connection, and the learner who never comes back after the first lesson. Academies that sell courses through a website and YouTube links have no way to see who is progressing, and no way to remind a student that tomorrow's lesson is ready.

We build the app around progress. Courses are organised into modules with video, reading material and quizzes; students download lessons for offline study and the app records where they stopped. Results feed a progress view for the learner and a dashboard for the instructor. Access is gated by purchase or subscription, video is protected from casual downloading, and push reminders bring students back to the next lesson.

What we build

Core features

01

Module and lesson structure

Courses break into modules with video, notes and attachments, and the app remembers the exact second a student paused.

02

Offline lesson downloads

Students save lessons over Wi-Fi and watch later, a vital feature for those with limited or expensive mobile data.

03

Quizzes and assignments

Multiple-choice tests and file submissions give instant results or queue for instructor feedback.

04

Certificates on completion

A verifiable PDF with a unique code is issued when the learner meets the pass criteria.

05

Purchases and subscriptions

One-time course purchases, bundles or monthly access, with coupon codes for cohorts and partner organisations.

06

Instructor analytics

Teachers see which lessons lose viewers and which questions most students miss, and improve the material accordingly.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Video protection and cost

Open video links are easily shared. We use signed, expiring streams and encrypted downloads where practical, balancing protection against delivery cost and playback reliability.

Store billing for courses

Apple and Google generally expect in-app purchases for digital courses sold inside the app. We design the purchase path with store rules in mind, or direct students to your website where permitted.

Low-bandwidth design

Many learners are on throttled mobile data. Adaptive bitrates, audio-only options and resumable downloads decide whether the course is usable at all.

E-learning App Development FAQ

Common questions, answered

Can we reuse our existing recorded lectures?

Yes. Recorded videos can be uploaded, transcoded into several qualities and organised into the course structure. We check format and length first, since very long recordings may be better split into shorter lessons.

Can we run live classes as well?

Yes. Live sessions use a real-time video service with chat and recording, and the recording can drop into the course afterwards. Live classes add cost and scheduling logic, so we scope them separately.

How do students pay in Pakistan?

Through local wallets, bank transfer or card gateways on your website, and store billing where the platform requires it inside the app. We map which route is allowed for each case during planning.

Can instructors manage content themselves?

Yes. A web console lets instructors upload lessons, write quizzes and reply to students without developers, with roles for assistants who only moderate discussion.
