Real Estate AppDevelopment
A property app where buyers search on a map, save what they like and book viewings, and agents stop losing leads in chat threads.
Real Estate App Development: what the work involves
Property seekers in Pakistan browse listings across portals, Facebook groups and agents' WhatsApp statuses, and the result is stale adverts, duplicated plots and leads that go cold because nobody replied for two days. Agencies, meanwhile, have no view of which listings generate interest or which agent follows up.
We build a listing app with map-first discovery and a lead pipeline behind it. Agents post properties with photos and documents; buyers filter by area, price band and type, save searches and get alerted when a match appears. Enquiries create a lead assigned to an agent with a follow-up timer, and viewings are booked into a shared calendar. Listings expire unless refreshed, which keeps the catalogue honest.
Core features
Map and filter search
Buyers draw an area on the map or choose a society, then filter by size, budget, bedrooms and possession status.
Saved searches with alerts
A saved filter pushes a notification when a new matching listing appears, keeping interested buyers returning.
Agent listing tools
Agents add photos, video and location from the phone, with drafts that save offline and a duplicate check on the address.
Lead inbox and follow-up
Each enquiry becomes a lead with an owner, status and reminder, and managers see which ones went unanswered.
Viewing scheduler
Buyers pick a slot against the agent's calendar, receive a confirmation and a location pin, and both sides get a reminder.
Virtual tour and floor plans
Panoramic images, video walkthroughs and floor plans open in-app so shortlisting happens before anyone travels.
What we get right before launch
Listing quality and fraud
Fake or already-sold plots erode trust fast. Agent verification, listing expiry, reporting tools and document checks for high-value listings keep the catalogue clean.
Location privacy for owners
Exact addresses of occupied homes should not be public. We show an approximate area until an agent releases the precise pin to a verified enquirer.
Media weight
Property galleries and tours are heavy. We compress on upload, stream video adaptively and let users browse on mobile data without being shocked by usage.

Common questions, answered
Can listings be imported from our current website or portal?
Often yes, through a feed, export or API, followed by a clean-up pass for duplicates and missing photos. We check what format you have before promising a clean migration of existing inventory.
Does the app support plots in housing societies?
Yes. Developers can attach a society map with plot numbers, availability status and phase information, so buyers browse blocks visually and agents update status as plots are sold.
How is lead follow-up tracked?
Each enquiry is assigned, timestamped and given a next action date. Managers see the pipeline and unanswered leads, and the app can integrate with an existing CRM if you already run one.
Can buyers apply for financing in the app?
We can add a mortgage calculator and an enquiry form that sends details to a bank or financing partner. Processing the loan itself remains with the lender, outside the app.
