How are washers assigned to jobs?
By distance, availability and rating, with a short window to accept before the job moves to the next washer. Admins can also assign manually when a regular customer prefers a particular person.
Can customers pay in cash?
Yes. Cash on completion can sit alongside wallets and cards. The washer app records the payment and the daily ledger shows cash that needs depositing, so nothing goes missing.
Can we sell monthly wash plans?
Yes. Plans with a fixed number of washes are tracked against each vehicle, with reminders when credits run low and renewal through the customer's preferred payment method.
