Adoption among field staff

Common questions, answered
Which HR systems can it connect to?
Any with a documented API or export, including many commercial HRMS products and custom payroll systems. We review the access available before committing, because it determines how real-time the data on the phone can be.
How secure are payslips on a phone?
They require login with biometrics or a PIN, travel encrypted, are not cached unprotected and are not shown in notifications. Companies can also set session limits and revoke access when a person leaves.
Can employees without smartphones use it?
A mobile web version covers browsers on basic devices, and a shared kiosk can serve a shop floor. The app is best where staff already carry smartphones, so we check this before building.
Can we add expense claims and loans later?
Yes. The request engine supports different forms and approval chains, so adding expenses, loan requests or equipment requests is a configuration and a screen, not a rebuild.
