Quran Learning AppDevelopment

An app for learning to read and memorise the Quran, with recitation audio, repetition tools and a way to meet a qualified teacher.

Quran Learning App Development: what the work involves

Quran academies reach students across cities and continents, but their tools are scattered: lessons on video calls, homework in chat, and attendance on a paper register. Parents abroad cannot see what a child has learned, and a student memorising a surah has no structured way to revise what was learned last month.

We build the app on correct text and trusted audio. The Quranic script is displayed with a reliable Uthmani font and accurate verse data, with recitation by a reciter you choose, repeat-by-verse and word highlighting. A memorisation planner schedules new lessons and revision, teachers assign portions and mark progress, and live classes run in the same account. Parents get a clear report of attendance and what was covered.

Planned for

What we get right before launch

Textual accuracy and review

Errors in the Quranic text are unacceptable. We use established digital text sources and expect a qualified scholar or institution you nominate to review the display before release.

Respectful design

The text should not appear beside ads or casual game content, and the screen should handle navigation and audio with proper reverence. We avoid advertising SDKs in reading screens.

Recording privacy for students

Recitation recordings, often by children, are personal data. They are stored securely, shared only with the assigned teacher and deleted on request.

Quran Learning App Development FAQ

Common questions, answered

Which script and fonts do you use?

A standard Uthmani script with a trusted font and verse data from an established open source or licensed provider. We test rendering on many Android versions, since Arabic marks can break on older devices.

Can teachers listen to student recitation?

Yes. Students record a passage and submit it, and the teacher listens, annotates and gives feedback in the app. For live correction, the same account can hold a video or audio lesson.

Does it support students in different countries?

Yes. Class times display in each student's own time zone, payments can run in multiple currencies, and the interface can be offered in English, Urdu or Arabic.

Will you write the Islamic content?

No. We build the platform; the lessons, translations and rulings come from scholars and teachers you appoint. We recommend a named reviewer who signs off before every release.
